We all human being have atypical thought process like either we spend time in thinking about future or we remain in the past, we don't grow with time. And it kills our happiness.
If we think about whatever happened in past that will make us feel sad. And it's of no. Use thinking about past. You can not change your past.
If you worry for future then it's also of no use. You can plan what you want to achieve in future but don't waste time in thinking it will happen or not.
Whatever you have is today. So live it with full energy, full enthusiasm, full of joy and happiness. And that is life. Live the moment. Live it fully. Because you can not take it back as it is called past when it is passed.
