Now a days everyone is talented, clever and having all round personality, but to win the race and to be ahead 'time management' is must. I should be able to use my time effectively. Prioritization and time management is the key of success. Generally, its very easy to grow from executive to managerial level, but from there progress is low. One of the factor by which progress is governed is the one which I am explaining today. If we adopt the skill of time management things become easier. Time management includes two factors:- 1) Speedy work, 2) Doing appropriate work at appropriate time. That means prioritization of work and time management are interlinked.
Doing speedy work does not mean doing it inaccurately or leave half way. Do the work properly, accurately but just ensure you do it fast. And its all about practice. It will not happen immediately but do it. Give some time to yourself, you can do it.
Secondly, prioritise your work. Correct sequence of work is half done. Club some things and do it in a combined way, it will save your time.
So, important is we want to enjoy so many things, for that we have to learn skill of time management.
